Hi, I have an issue to connect to my AMP account in the last 3 month, and I'm trying to resolve it. I'm paying for the Sierra every month but I can't use it . there is a way that I'll pay additional cost for real time date . or get refund for my Sierra cost since I can't use it. I have Ameritrade account that I'm using to trade but u can't connect to Ameritrade. can u please help me to solve this issue Thanks! Galit |

You could pay the professional exchange fees, but they are very expensive. You will find their pricing at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) If you have an AMP account, then follow through the following instructions to connect to that AMP account. CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If the above does not work, then we are curious as to the reason - although most likely it would be that AMP has closed your account, or at least stopped you from being able to trade due to a low balance.
