How does a chartbook simply vanish?

I'm no novice at SC, but when I opened up SC this morning, the charts I have built and used over the past 18 months have vanished. The Chartbook name is still in the folder (ES_2022), but the charts it contains are not the charts I've been trading and building daily for the past 18 months (at least), but rather are older defunct charts. I'm unable even to update to the current-month symbol, so even rebuilding on those old charts is not working. Please advise. Thank you.

We simply do not know what could have happened. The only thing we can do is point you to the back chartbooks that exist so you should be able to recover your charts without too much trouble. Refer to the following: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
