Studies not displaying after contract rollover

Hi, I have just renewed my usage and I have perfomed contract rollover on all my charts. Some studies on sevral different charts do not display/show anymore, even though they are still visible on the "studies to graoh" panel. What can I do to solve the issue please? Thank you very much

Actually, I know why: I have added credit/extended usage to the wrong client (I have 2 and have added the usage to an old account I don't useĀ°. How can I transfer the usage to the right account, or cancel usage on the wrong one, get a refund, and add usage on the correct one, whatver is easier please? Thanks!

We can definitely move the Usage Time around, but of the 3 accounts we found associated with the same email as the one on the account from which you are posting - the other 2 accounts do not have any Usage Time and only $0.20 in funds (we have moved the $0.20 to your current account).
