Rithmic data problem

Hello, I have a problem with rithmic data, before was everything okay, but after symbol rollover I got missing data, and now I can't download a charts. It shows: Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for ESM3.CME. permission denied. When I change Data/Trade settings to SC Data, everything works well, but now I took a APEX evaluation account, and cant make a trades with this problem. The Denali Data Feed is active. How can I fix this situation, because few days ago everything worked perfectly. I seen other topics about similar problem, but nothing works for me. Thanks for understanding. First of all, you are not setup to get real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do not have any exchanges active. Therefore, you are getting your data from Rithmic. The only help we can give you is to ensure that you have your Username and Password entered correctly for the Rithmic data entries in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
