I'm trying to load x amount of days of data on an intraday chart using the Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type and the Use Number of Days to Load set, but it will only load x days if the Date Range in File From encompasses x number of days. What's the point of specifying the number of days to load if I have to set the number of days to load using the Date?

If this is a Futures product, then you will need to set the chart to be a Continuous Futures Contract Chart first. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

No. It's not a futures product.

For example, I am trying to load QQQ with 512 Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type. The Date Range and Limiting Method is set to 2022-09-15, but I have the Load Data Limiting Method set to Use Number of Days to Load. The chart completely disregards that setting and, instead, loads data starting from 2022-09-15.

What exact setting are you referring to here?: The Date Range and Limiting Method is set to 2022-09-15 If this is the first date in the file, you cannot load data earlier than that. I'm referring to the "Use Number of Days to Load feature" setting as mentioned in the title of the post. I would like to specify the data I load by the number of days, not the date. Because I'm setting the "Use Number of Days to Load feature" in the "Load Data Limiting Method", I expect data to load according to the number of days, not the date.

The number of days to load is obviously going to be limited by the first date available in the data file for the symbol.
