slow chart loading times

every time i start up my workspace in the morning or if i switch a chart from RTH to 24hr time frame it takes well over a minute for it to load because it has to calculate every single futures month it seems ("loading ESM3, ESU4..."). am i doing something wrong by not having all that already permanently downloaded or???

what specifically about it? there are 29 bullet points. do you believe your charts should load in less time than a minute or is my wait normal?

Should be much less than a minute. However, there are so many different variables involved it is hard to say. Your own system can have a major effect upon chart loading times.
