Hi there, for some reason my SL was not triggered. I work with 8 tick SL. For some reason my SL was not initiated and instead of closing trade with 8 ticks down I ended up with 18 ticks down. Can you please explain why. PLease let me know if you need any log or order details. Thanks |

Was this with live trading or using Trade Simulation Mode in Sierra Chart?

Hi there. It was live trading via Sierra Chart, but in background it is Rithmic evaluation account from Apex. Thanks |

Hi Sierra Chart Support, any feedback on this? Just happened again. Lost extra 10 ticks as SL was not initiated by SC. Had to close it manually. Please advise. Thanks |

Check the Trade Activity Log for that Stop order and see that it was submitted. If it was not working properly or accepted contact your broker.
