Hello, I have an account with APEX Trading for Futures. I used to far the Rithmic data feed - but I'm not happy with the quality of the historical data and would like to switch to the Sierra Denali feed for futures. I had this feed in the past already and would subscribe to it again. Now that I am with APEX - can I just sign up for the feed on Denali and get the non-professional data feed as I have an account with APEX that is also connected? Thank you |

Since an Apex account has you trading someone else's money, the CME Group does not count this towards the non-professional requirement of a "live, funded, futures trading account". But, we see that you have connected to some account recently, as your Verified Until date is April 11, 2023. So as long you can connect to that account, then you can get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates. Since you have also completed the agreements previously, you can just activate the exchange(s) you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
