SMS text on alert set up

Hi I set up alert SMS text and was receiving them and now I am not. I dont recall changing any settings that could have messed this up. The only thing I do is I go to global settings >> alerts and turn it off at "Send SMS When This Alert is Triggered" to "NO" during regular trading hours. I only want texts for overnight alerts. Now I tested to see if it works and got the following "error" message "Alert message error: SMS Gateway returned error. Failed to send SMS."
