I made a mistake and selected no in CME non profesional certification which means I am profesional which is not correct.
Please can you correct it or resubmit me this document?

I completed agreements, but still can not select CME non-professional top-of-book and can not see additional payment for it.

You are now classified as a Non-Professional.

The reason you are not able to select anything is because your account is "expired". You need to add funds and activate a service package first. In order to get the real-time data, you will need to be on one of the Integrated packages. Refer to the information here:

Hello John,

I applied for Packet 10 integrated and set a payment by Automatic Payments with Stripe. I added my credit card etc. How long it takes to accept it?
When this will be accepted than can I apply for CME live data? WIll I have to wait again long to get it accepted? is it possible to apply for packet 10 together with CME data?

So should I cancell automatic payment and pay manual? But this will be transfer from Germany so probably you will not get it today.
Is it not possible to look at automatic payments? all credit card info are provided.

The Automatic Payments only work with upcoming fees. Since you had not activated the exchange yet, the fees were not there for the automatic payment to make it for you. Therefore, you would have to make a manual payment the one time to get the exchange setup, then from that point forward the automatic payments will get the funds into your account before the renewal date.

We see that you have activated the "CME Non-Professional top-of-book", so it looks like you are good now.
