Orders don't fill in sim

I had a trade on in realtime sim, testing a new indicator. The market touched my level, but didn't fill to get me out of my trade, so I moved my stop loss up to protect profits. When the market came down, it ran right over my stop and went down for several ticks, not filling the stop order. Any ideas as to why this would happen? Please see attached image. If this would happen in live trading, it could be a disaster. |

We are a bit confused by your image, as we are not seeing the primary order. Also, check your Trade Activity Log and follow the information for this trade in terms of the Orders and Fills and see if there is specific information on why the Target and Stop did not fill. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity And also check the Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if there is anything in there that would indicate why there was an issue. You're absolutely right! The primary order was 10 points lower. Somehow, the attached orders became detached...?

We do not know. You will have to look into that to see if they were moved somehow, or if that was the original position.
