Unable to get SC real time data with Interactive Brokers

Hi, I would like to use SC real time L2 data on a DOM to trade ES. I do have a funded trading account with Interactive brokers with Non Professional CME permissions and have connected Sierra Charts with IB via TWS. However, I can't get the DOM to present market depth beyond the inside bid and ask and also I do not see the [M] logo. "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to Yes and I have updated the Symbol Settings also. I am running SC version 2484 64-bit and TWS Build 10.19.1k. I have Service package 11. Could you help let me know what I might be doing incorrectly? Thanks |

Disregard the previous response from the user. You do not have any Denali Data Feed exchanges active. Follow through the instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: CME (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) You will need to activate the CME exchange. Hello Sierra Chart, I have activated the CME feed for $11.50. I still cannot get real time SC data. I have configured my IB data settings to "Allow support for SC data feeds" and set the chart for "Allow real-Time updating of Historical Chart". yet, I cannot get real time data. I am trying to get data for ES and I have Evening Session Times already set to Yes on the Chart and also Globally via Symbol Settings. I have also installed a separate instance of Sierra Charts and connected that to AMP clearing CQG withthe above settings also confirmed and the above settings and still no luck. Could you help to check what I might be missing and also confirm if Sierra has verified my connection to a Live trading account for IB and CQG? Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
