trouble loading data in second instance of sierra chart

hello im trying to connect a second instance of sierra to my trader evaluation while having my first instance connected to my personal account

i went thru the steps to download sierra to another folder.. i used an external ssd D:\sierra2

when i open up the second instance my data stops loading at last friday and i get this error message
"service client does not support market data subscription click for symbol information.. when i move mouse to this orange note on the chart it disappears... ive restarted it several times, ive hit reload recalculate data and i am getting data, just not up to date..

i would greatly appreciate any advice or help

Most likely this is just due to symbol differences, particularly if you copied your Chartbooks from your original installation to the new one.

Keep in mind that every service has a different set of symbols they use. So when you are connected to the Trading Evaluator, those symbols are different from what CQG, or Rithmic would use.

Open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service and then see if everything updates properly.
