LTCCNY-OKCOIN in Sierrachart went from 60s (which is normal) to 3650s 4 days ago. 3650 is about 587 USD which is the Bitcoin price. I believe your servers have been confused and now believes that the Bitcoin price is now also the Litecoin price and shows the BTC price at OkCoin for SierraChart symbol LTCCNY-OKCOIN. This is not the case and I am sure this is a huge disappointment to Litecoin longs everywhere. |

This is now solved. The incorrect data has been deleted. Right click on the chart before those higher prices and select Delete and Download Data. Thank you for your quick response. It does appear to be a gap (period in question missing) in the data after delete and download data. I am fine with it and I guess nobody anywhere cares even a tiny bit about that gap. Ticker/chart works, thank you.

Yes, we should have mentioned that there is a gap of data. We checked to see if we could get the historical data from another source and we could not.
