I just added NASDAQ exchange data to my account. It's supposed to be for stocks, and I believe included the QQQ. I open a chart and add the QQQ or one of the other symbols and loads some data but gives and error about the symbol. the data that loads does not encompass the full day. Do i have the correct data? You did not read the documentation. You need to use the proper symbol format (very important): Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes Also check the Session Times for the chart: Chart Session Times Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I changed the session times to my location which is the west coast. I used the find symbol NASDAQ total view and selected the symbol I wanted which is QQQ-NQTV. Thas is the only choice. It comes up as QQQ-NQTV[M]. Are symbols located elsewhere?

You should see the M. It does not indicate the data is delayed. When the market opens at 4 AM US Eastern time you should begin to see price updates, but the chart bars will not begin to update until 9:30 am, based upon the default session times. Make sure the global time zone in Sierra Chart is set to US Pacific Time: Time Zone Setting You can also set this within the chart itself: Time Zone Setting: Using Different Time Zone in Individual Charts Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
