Getting Error When connect to CQG API and

I have denali feed activated and it works fine when I used SC Data- All services. When I switch over to the CQG API and click on the "Allow Support for sierra char data feeds" it just says "download failed historical data only supported with sierra chart data feed"

You do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, what you are seeing when you set your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services is the Streaming Delayed data. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges And make sure the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.
