Cannot open any chart in New instance mode

Since yesterday i cannot open any chart in New Instance.
I attached preentscreen how sierra looks after opening any chart + plus log.
Problem happened on version 2480 i updated ver to 2484 and still no progress.
I got on this 55GB free space so it shouldn't be an issue, especially that main sierra works fine.

How can i fix this?

In that new instance, follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

If you still have an issue:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
