[Programming Help] - Activating Denali exchnage Data

Hello, I have a service balance of 16 dollars, and I want to activate the Denali feed but everytime I push "activate" it shows to red signs one saying "Failed to activate the "Nasdaq US Stock data exchnage" and the other red sign says "The Data feed is not enabled on the account". How do I fix this problem? To activate Nasdaq stock data costs 16 dollars everytime I push activate it does not work.

The account your are posting from is Expired. If this is your only account, then this is the reason you are not able to activate the exchange. You first need to have an active package with us. If you use a different Sierra Chart account, then you need to post from that account so we know what account you are using.
