why are ICE charts frozen(haha that's funny)

Hi John, I have called up the DX index on ICE, and the chart is frozen. Once opened it won't update like say the Ultra at CBOT does even tho it's 15min late. The ICE ones just don't update. Help. Thank you, Karen |

Try the symbol USDX and see if that works as you'd expect.
