HI I have downloaded the sierrachart just yesterday and of course im on the free trial now. but i cannot access any data on sierra chart. i cant even access the normal candlestick chart . there is no single bit of data that i can access . and just want to attach that the program recognizes my internet [that green bar on the left top corner]. whats the problem?

The problem is that you had not activated your trial, as such you were limited on the symbols you can use and the amount of data. Refer to the information here:

it has been solved thanks . on more question . i added the custom DOM chartbook but i just see {downloading continuous contract data} on it. whats the problem

Most likely the symbols need to be changed for the Current Selected Service that you have set. Make sure the Chartbook is open and then Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure all the symbols are correct for how you are currently setup.
