Sub Instance Not Showing Positions

We are testing on Sim on Main instance in v2480. Sim disabled in Sub instance. Select Non Sim Acc on entering Non Sim set to No in Sub instance. Account and symbol set correctly to same in both Main and Sub instance. Execute in Main, order fills, position, orders, and order fill show up in Sub instance. After few seconds, position disappears in Sub instance only, rest remains. After flattening position in Main instance, sub Instance shows an incorrect opposite position for a few seconds before disappearing.

Similar issue seems to be occurring in v2504, in Non Sim, with a different service (Apex Rithmic), but orders/positions executed in main never show in sub. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-05-22 21:59:40

Is the Sub-Instance set to NOT be in Simulation Mode and is the correct Account selected? Yes and yes, sub instance set to Non Sim, same trade account selected, Chart Trade Mode On. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-05-23 00:19:27

Select Non Sim Acc on entering Non Sim set to No in Sub instance. We think it was this, setting had to be changed to Yes in main and all sub instances for live trading, otherwise kept changing back to Sim. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-05-23 01:17:45
