I have opend and funded a new account and I cant get the charts

I have opened an account and the charts will not open it keeps rejecting my password even though I have redone it several times I would like a 15 day free trial till I get used to the charts again please could you help please yours Thomas Thank You

What password is being rejected?

You are able to login to this support board and post, which means that you should be able to login to your Sierra Chart software, as the Account Name and Password are the same as what you needed to enter to get to this support board. The implication then being that you are having a problem connecting to your Trading Service.

If this is the case, then you need to ask your broker about your trading account name and password and ensure they are correct - or have the password changed.
