The exchanges work on a Calendar month basis and are not pro-rated. Therefore, if you activate the exchange today, you will have access through the rest of the month, but you will pay the full amount. With the HKFE exchange, you need to also pay for the Sierra Chart Connectivity Fee. This is $25.00 per month and also works on a Calendar month basis, but it is pro-rated, so you will not pay the full amount if you activate it today.
