Hi guys, I am unable to lower the scale below 0.05, do I have a setting wrong somewhere? Picture attached. The two horizontal rays are to show the lowest scale I can get. The data is CQG and product F.US.FRH23, EUR/CHF Thanks |

When you say you can not get lower than 0.05, do you mean if you are changing the Range, or are you trying to Move the scale? Also, in the image you show the data going to .97. Is there some reason you need to get down to 0.05 and lower? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The tick increment for the EUR/CHF is 0.0001, but I can't get the scale lower than 0.01 increments. Moreover, when I try draw on the chart it will automatically snap to the nearest 0.05 increment. The data going down to .97 was just a random selection I arrived at as I was trying to get the increments to work. Hopefully that makes it clearer. |

Check the following settings and make sure they are set as follows: - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Tick Size: .0001 - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Price Display Format: .0001 - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Auto Set from Data Feed: No In general, it sounds like the symbol information is not correct for this instrument. In which case, you may want to update the Symbol information for the Tick Size and Price Display Format.
