Hi there i have registered with Sierra Chart, i want to upgrade to package 11, which i believe should have Orderflow, footprint and whatnot, I tried to make a payment, I saw a massage that states " A Service Balance of at least 10 USD is needed to activate a Usage Time Service Package." please i want you to elaborate on this, because the package I want to use is package 11, which is just $46. does it mean that, if I want to subscribe for package 11. i will have to pay $56? please let know ASAP. thank you.

First make a payment here for 46 USD:

When that is done you are then able to choose Service Package 11 here:
