You can connect to your CQG account by following the instructions at the following link:

In order for you to make this connection, you can not be on a trial. We have therefore converted your current Trial time to Package 11.

Also, keep in mind that we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. So you will need to get this data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the instructions to set this up at the following link:

If CQG supports the Hong Kong Stock exchange you can certainly trade that. You will need to obtain the data through CQG.

Update to prerelease version 2485 following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Thanks. I have updated to version 2485, but the data downloading process still failed. system shows' Error downloading F.US.MPOK23. User is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specificed symbols'. Please advise. thanks

Contact your broker and give them this error message. It comes from CQG. If they need help they need to contact CQG.
