Hi, for some reason, I can’t get configuration, crosshairs or chart value for tools. A friend of mine has Sierra charts also and all he has to do is move his crosshairs over one of the candles, and it will tell him everything about that candle. Including point of control for some reason I can’t figure it out. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it. Here is a picture of what he has when he moves the cursor over the candle.

Is this what you're looking for? Tool Settings > Chart Values > Show/Hide Tool Value Window When Tool Activated/Deactivated |

The window he has open is the Tool Values Window. Select this from the Window menu. Then, depending on your Tool Settings, the window will either stay up or will go away and come up when the crosshairs are activated. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Tool Values Window For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
