Could you please cancel my account. It is up for renewal in a few weeks and I have decided trading is not for me.So I'm kindly asking that the SC data feed(s) be terminated and SC subscription for this account to also be closed and the remaining balance refunded. Thank you, dp.c49

We have set your account to not renew. As such, you still have Usage Time through March 8, 2023, but you will only get data through the end of February - if you choose to continue to use the system through then. We will process your refund in a day or two. Just note that once we process the refund it can take 5-10 working days for the banks to process the funds back to your account.
