Hello, When I use the Chart/Values Crosshairs show Compact Tool Values Window on a Flex Renko Inverse chart it doesnt show me the H/L prices. Is there an option to activate to be able to see these? Please let me know, Thank you, Regards, |

Refer to the following setting: Chart Settings: Settings Button (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Values menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

John, Thank you for your reply, I have them selected but doesn't display the info. In my regular chart candles stick chart however does display the info. Any other selection I May be able to attempt to fix the issue? |

If that graph is not in Region 1, then check the following setting: Chart Drawing Tools: Compact Tool Values Window Shows Chart Region 1 Values Only (Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Chart Values) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I do have the settings as specified in the link sent but it doesn't work. I have a regular candlestick chart open for (daily, 4hrs) and on these the Chart/Values Crosshairs show Compact Tool Values Window perfectly. I took this chart which is a regular candlestick that does show the values and changed the settings to Flex Renko Inverse and it then does not show the Chart/Values Crosshairs / Compact Tool Values Window. Could it be that if the chart is a Flex Renko Inverse it does not show the values? |

We are able to view the information for a Flex Renko Inverse chart, using the same settings that you had, so this is not the issue. You have the Heikin-Ashi study set as the Main Price Graph and then on the Subgraph tab for that study you have the option for Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global disabled. This is preventing the display of the information. If you enable that option you will be able to see the information.
