How do I open settings windows on a specific window.

I have a three monitor setup. If click Chart->Chart Settings it will open up the chart settings window. This window will open in the exact same position it was last closed at on the monitor it was closed on. Is there a way to set a global window-opening location for all settings windows across all products? When I hit Chart->Chart Settings, Global Settings->General Settings, or anything else, I want them all to open at the same location and on the same monitor every single time. |

Not to ask the obvious, but is there any possibility of implementing this? When you have multiple windows and settings opening all over the place it gets incredibly annoying because there is no consistency.
