Hi, I was wondering if i am eligible to access the market buy order data for my DOM with my subscription? if not, how much more do i pay to get it. Thanks |

The only thing you would need to do is to change your Package to the Integrated Advanced with MBO package (Package 12). This package is $10.00 per month more when paying month to month, or $48.00 more for the 6 month option as you are currently paying. Keep in mind, you need to be getting the Market Depth data from the exchange to get the MBO data, which you have for the CME exchange. But you only have this for the CME exchange and not the COMEX, which you are also setup to get real-time data. To change your package, follow these instructions (note the information that you do not need to pay anything when you change your package): To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
