Chart trading disappears when I switch between sim accounts?

Hello, Hope you can point me in the right direction on this one.. On account A, I have it set up so that my entry, stop loss, and profit target show up on the chart next to my DOM. I can drag the stop and profit target horizontal line up and down and it adjusts on the DOM as well. When I simply change to my 2nd account (Account B) on the pulldown list in the DOM, those lines no longer show up on the chart (entry, stop, profit target lines). All the trades I do work fine on the DOM on Account B (they still show up on the DOM) but nothing on the price chart. Whenever I go back to Account A, everything works fine again. I checked all the settings and nothings changed, so I'm curious why it doesn't show up for Account B when I trade from that account? Thanks! |

Both the Chart and Trading DOM have their own separate Trade Window with a Trade Account setting. You need to change to Trade Account B on the chart: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Or you can use Trade Window linking: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window Linking Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
