Hi there, I bought this service, to stare at realtime Futures Charts and do some SIM Trading. I am not a Professional. The NASDAQ Non-Professional Certification form forces me to enter a middle name, I don't have one. Also, it wants me to enter an employer, I don't have one. And a ZIP code for my business, I don't have one. If I enter the following under these fields: Employer: "MyName" Zip Code (business): "Zip Code (home)" Middle name: "none" I will be registered as a Professional. Also I have been rejected on the other Real-Time data feeds ... CME Non-Professional Certification I do not have a Trading Account or Clearing Firm Account .. Regards |

Hi MRoshi, regarding Real-time CME Group Data we must ask: do you have a Futures Trading Account? The CME Group expects you to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional [*Note: we know of only the CME Group having this rule, not EUREX, not CFE, not NASDAQ, not NYSE, just the CME Group*] From the CME Group Certification: "The Non-Professional Subscriber must: a. have an active and funded futures trading account; b. be an individual, natural person or small business entity" The solution if you do not have a Futures Trading Account (but would otherwise qualify as a Non-Professional) is described here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement |
