Siearra chart IBKR : SC auto flattening order after few seconds but ibkr has live position

Hi SC Team,

I am running SC+AMP cobination without any issues for couple of years.

Today i installed a second instance of SC and intigrated it with IBKR trading service with equity data from SC totalviewNASDQ. I am running ibkr gatway or tws in background. Most part things are fine except one issue.

after entering ordre (simple market order for AAPL, no stop or targets etc.), SC trade windows auto flattened position within seconds and shows that position as POS QTY : Flat. however the position window still shows position and ibkr TWS has actual positions. below log message appars after position is flattened:

this issue is similer to the following theread(in terms of error message) but mine is for equity (not futures): orders disappear/not transmitted to IB

above thread is resolved by having latest version of tws and SC giving some fix for futures symbol recognization(not applicable to equity).

Based on what i understood from other ibkr intigration issues with SC , i checked trade window for flattening at set time, i checked global profit/loss etc..but nothing worked. based on other issues in self help, my understanding is that SC is not able to extract some information from tws but i am not able to pinpoint the same.

can you please advice on same

The position is not being flattened at all. It is simply a position reporting issue within the Chart Trade Window. This issue is explained here:
