Hello! I'm a Linux user and software developer and I've for a pretty long time used Sierra Chart (specifically Denali) as it is a fantastic quality feed. It seems that Sierra Chart connects to Denali using a slightly-modified form of DTC, and I'm curious if there is any way I can get the protocol specification for communicating directly with Denali from my program. I'm running on an extremely lightweight battery powered device, and running Sierra Chart is something I want to avoid. Really the main things that seem to not be public are authentication phases. Let me know if this is information that can be shared, as I'd love to use Denali for my data feed directly without all the overhead of Wine on Linux. Particularly all I care about is logging in and subscribing to a real-time market-depth feed. It'd be nice to get historical data too, but this is not needed. Ultimately, almost every single data feed product out there (I've used many) require some sort of application running in the background. Denali seems like the only one that reasonably could directly feed my application, and it would likely be the only product that could fulfill that for me! -B |
