Hi, I would like to understand the difference between package 5 and package 11 So package 5 and 11 are same but package 11 has Denali Exchange Data Feed and it can be integrated to external connectivity. Correct? |

Mostly correct. With regards to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, Package 11 allows you to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You still have to go through the setup and activate and pay for the exchanges from which you want the real-time data. Having Package 11 alone does not give you any additional real-time data.

Hi, I wanted to buy SC and use with an external data provider (Rithmic). What package do I need to buy? Is package 5 enough for this? |

Hi,
I wanted to buy SC and use with an external data provider (Rithmic). What package do I need to buy? Is package 5 enough for this? Since you are wanting to connect to Rithmic, you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (10, 11, or 12). Refer to the information for these packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Package 11 does not "come with Denali Exchange Data Feed". You do need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to be able to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you do have to activate and pay for the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. So the answer to your question is "Yes" - you have to pay the exchange fee.
