Hi,

In another question you guys answered about Spreadsheets being so powerful for signals. I agree but had some questions.

1) Many many months ago I played with this feature and got a nice signal. It stopped working and I looked at spreadsheet and the columns moved around for instance D became K or AA became AD so study stopped working. Do they stay static or is the order based on order in the study list? I'd hate to spend hours get something I love to just stop working again so was wondering HOW to stop this from happening?

2) Is there a way to EXPAND every column to show entire name? I spend so much time expanding them to see what that study/indicator is, drives me nuts.

3) Unrelated question but is there a way to plot one of my or other studies into Numbers Bars Calculated values or a way to plot just the text in a new sub graph?

Thanks in advance

1) The studies can move around as you add/remove studies. Which is why we recommend referencing the studies in the manner outlined here:
Working with Spreadsheets: References to Study Subgraph Columns when using the Spreadsheet Study

2) There is not a way to expand multiple columns at once.

3) There is not a built in way to display data in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values table other than what is already prepared for those studies.

You can create your own table and get the data into using a Custom Study. Refer to the following:
ACSIL Interface Members - sc.Subgraph Array: Numeric Information Table Graph Draw Type

But, in order to display the numerical data for a study, set the subgraph Draw Style to Value of Subgraph and set the Width/Size to a value that works for you. Then condense the scale for that region such that the data appears to be in one line. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Value of Subgraph (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_VALUE_OF_SUBGRAPH)

2) There is not a way to expand multiple columns at once.

There are two ways if they are contiguous: Select all cells by clicking the cell in the upper left, or a range of columns, and then Right-Click>>Column Width or Right-Click>>Auto-Fit Width.

These Excel features do not work: Control-Click to select multiple columns or drag column divider lines on a range of columns.
