Dom not displaying Trade Window

I keep trying to "Open Trade Window for Chart" under the Trade Menu and it will not open a trade window. I had this working before. Attach Trade Window works but it is too big and I only want the small trade window. Can you look at the attached chart and tell me what's wrong?
