Keep in mind that what may seem obvious to you is not at all obvious to us, as your setup can be very different from what we have. Therefore we need some narrative to go along with the images to help us understand the issue.

The one thing that it appears to us to be occurring is that the bars are not displaying/updating even though you are getting pricing updates. If this is your issue, then refer to the following:

Yes you are right. There was a display error between columns and market orders. This worked without problems until there was a big market move in both cases. I used samples already set up by another trader. Could you advise on some settings to pay attention to in order to prevent a similar situation in the future. Thank you.

The main thing is to have your Scale set to "Automatic" in order to ensure that the bars are displayed within the graphics area. Refer to the following:

The other item to pay attention to is that the bars are not scrolled off the end, so you are not seeing the most recent bar. Refer to the following:
Working With Charts: Chart Settings Indicators at Lower Right of Chart

Also be aware that if you are using Lock Fill Space, it can be a bit more confusing when you are at the end of the chart. Again, refer to the link above, and also to the following:

We can not see the bottom right corner of the image provided, so we do not know if the chart is scrolled all the way to the right so that you are seeing the new bars. Please check that your chart is scrolled properly as noted in the above links.

Even when I reload the program, this page remains unchanged. The numbers in the column flash but remain in one place until I delete all the data and upload new ones.

Please make sure the option for Chart >> Lock Fill Space is NOT enabled (no checkmark next to it). Then be sure the chart is scrolled as far to the right such that you should be seeing all the new data being added. You should have a green marker down in the bottom right of the screen.

Also check the setting for Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Allow New Data in Unlocked Fill Space is set to Yes.

When you have the above setup, then let us know if everything is OK.
