Whether I use the draw style of a triangle, diamond, or point for The Bill Williams Fractals Indicator it covers and touches the top or bottom of the candlestick making it impossible to know the actual high or low price of the candlestick. Is it possible to get the draw symbol to go slightly above or below the candlestick rather than having it touch the candlestick? Thanks.

The only Input for the Bill Williams Fractals is Arrow Offset Percentage. This defines the percentage of the price that the arrow (or other marker used) will be offset from the High or Low. Try starting with a value of 10 and adjust from there to get the marker where you want.
