I have a volume by price study on my DOM. However, they are not resetting at session start and end times. For example, I would like the VbP study to start fresh at the RTH session. However, for some reason I can't seem to figure out how to get them to reset. Thanks, |

Make sure you are using a Volume Graph Period Type of either Multiple Profiles Based on Fixed Time or One Period at end of Fixed Time or Trading Day Start Time to End - Reset at Day Session. Otherwise you are not specifically tied to the Session Times. If they are setup correctly then the profiles should reset at the appropriate times. So it's a little weird, I tried to set the volume graph period type to "multiple profiles based on fixed time". But Every time I click on apply it won't stay there, it defaults back to what was there before? Therefore, I can't even attempt to set it proerly.

Sorry, you did state in the beginning that this was on a DOM, but we did not think of it as specifically a Trading DOM. The Trading DOM only allows for certain Volume Graph Period Types to be used. Please try setting the Volume Graph Period Type to One Period at End of Fixed time Length and be sure the time length is set to 1 day. Let us know if this resolves the issue for you. I apologize for the confusion (that's on me). I believe that I figured it out. I changed the chart setting to include both intraday and overnight along with the hours for each (they were both set to "no"). That seemed to do the trick. I do apologize again for the confusion.
