Hello, recently for past few days i have had problems where I have orders that do not exist open and close,for example it continues from last day to next day and then closes at some ridicilous sums like 100ticks and makes my NPL bugged but I know those orders are not real as they do not affect my trading when I check my Trade Account Monitor and it shows the correct Daily PL. Can my charts be fixed both on ES and CL? Also I have placed today an order to sell in CL but it opened my order somewhere way higher than where I clicked and it even closed it even though the price was nowhere near which resulted in 11ticks loss,this should be immediately investigated as I do not want to be losing money,thank you. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1675435391431.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1675435715211.png I have attached screenimage of my chart and you can see those ridicilous orders from previous days as well as the recent order which is at 76.52 to 76.41 Thank you |

First because you are using Rithmic, if there is any issue with the fills, in particular with missing order fills, you are going to have problems we cannot help with.
