Good evening my bar count down, that tell me how much time remaining on the chart has stopped working. please assist me

Is the Countdown Timer stuck on one number? If so, then remove the study and then add it back again and see if that resolves the issue.

If it is working (counting down), but not showing the right time, then look at the computer clock and the time of the bars in the chart and see if there is a difference. You may want to set your computer time to match the time of our servers, refer to the following:
Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu)
