Is There or Will There Be a Curve Drawing Tool?

I have searched all the menus and in the boards for this question and have not seen it. Seems like such a basic drawing tool to have but yet nothing on Sierra on it. Is there or will there be an implementation of a curve drawing tool like in the screenshot from TradingView? |

We do not have a half-ellipse like that, but we do have an Ellipse and Angled Ellipse (the latter was added a few months ago).
