Hello SC Support, With SC Evaluator I can't download data for daily charts with the following CBOT Futures: 2YY, 5YY and 30y. I can download data with 10Y though. Also, I can download daily data for all these 4 instruments with my Teton account. It is just failing with SC Evaluator Service. I have tried every "normal" solutions to no avail. Will you help me, please? |

This is now resolved. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". The reason the particular service makes a difference is because each service has its own Symbol Settings and they were not correctly set to download historical daily data from the right source for these symbols for the trading evaluator services.
