connection and data not appearing on chartbooks

no data is appearing on my chartbooks... also i was told by the maker (g7fx) of the chartbooks that i only need service package 5 to use the chart books... i was told by your staff before that i needed service package 11 to use the chartbooks... can you please verify?

The required Service Package depends upon whether you require real-time data and for what symbols. You will need service package 11 for Real time CME Group data. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
