Hello, why does my volume profile data only go back one month? I have ben trying to get in contact with Support for a month, and still nothing. If I can't get this resolved in the next week I am closing my account. I will pay to call just please contact me. Thank you

The TPO/Volume by Price is only going back to December 15, 2022 since that is all the data that is loaded in the chart. Refer to the following for how to get more data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data It may be easiest to do the above while viewing the underlying bars rather than a TPO chart.
