my chartbooks and connection are not working properly.... i paid for the service package so my chartbooks would work... they are not working properly... and the connection is not working... can someone please help me remotely... thank you...or call me please....? thank you

What is the exact issue you are having? And what is the symbol of one chart for which you are having the problem.
