Hello Sierra Support, I would like to freeze or cancel my account useage and my data fees immediately as I am paper trading and will re-engage at a later date. How do I do this/

We have set your account to expire at the end of the day today. When you are ready to come back please post an Account Support Ticket requesting the days that were removed be added back. Thank John I had the CME, CBOT, NYMEX fees. Did you cancel those for me also? OR do I need to manually do that? It's only $3.50 I think so no big deal. |

We cancelled your exchanges as well, but the exchanges do not give refunds, so we can not do anything about refunding those fees.
