Make sure you are on the most current "Stable" release from Interactive Brokers.

Was running Latest. Now installed "stable" - 10.19 ( https://www.ibtws.com/en/trading/tws-offline-stable.php) - Orders still not getting passed on. |

I downgraded Sierra to 2459 and it works.

We will check on the errors in post #1. But for the record, the TWS API is a fully unacceptable system for trading. A completely poor quality unacceptable design.
